Introduction & Assessment.

You’ll be asked a few questions to help us tailor a treatment plan, which is a blend of your goals mixed with our professional insight.

(More time is needed for initial assessments)

Personalized treatment.

This is the part where you get to turn off and let the professionals do the work to help you feel renewed. We will be checking-in frequently to make sure the pressure is just right.

Homecare.

Massage is great, but you’ll really begin to see lasting results by the effort you put in outside of the treatment room. We work hard to find the best, most efficient exercises and stretches that you can commit to.

Tips to Prepare for your Visit

Drink plenty of water before and after your massage to stay hydrated and help flush out toxins.

Arriving a few minutes early allows you to relax and fill out any necessary paperwork without feeling rushed.

Dress Comfortably

Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment, gym clothing is a great option as it’s easy to slip on and off. A hair tie might also come in handy.

Try to avoid eating a heavy meal immediately before your massage, as it can make you feel uncomfortable during the session.
