This is an independent contractor opportunity for an RMT working under the RenewU brand. Practitioners enjoy greater flexibility while remaining responsible for their professional obligations and agreed-upon shifts.

You’ll have access to a spacious, fully furnished treatment room, linens, hot stones, pregnancy pillows, bolsters, on-site laundry facilities, a waiting area and free underground practitioner parking.

Available morning, afternoon and weekend shifts will be discussed during the introductory call. You can select from the available options to create a schedule that works well for you.

Practitioners reserve a minimum of two half-day shifts per week at a fixed rate. This allows you to retain your treatment revenue while keeping your operating costs predictable. Rates are discussed during the interview process.

You are welcome to bring an existing client base, but it is not required. RenewU will help promote your services and introduce you to clients looking for an RMT in their already established client-base.

Yes. I’m available to share treatment techniques, practical guidance and insight from building a fully booked practice. Support is tailored to your experience and goals while encouraging you to develop confidence in your own approach.

RenewU provides Jane App access, online booking, a professional website profile, marketing support and guidance with direct billing. Practical onboarding is also provided to help you get established.

Absolutely. New graduates who are motivated, dependable and ready to grow are encouraged to apply. Registration and good standing with the applicable regulatory college will be required before practising.

Selected applicants will receive an introductory phone call, followed by an in-person meeting and tour, a massage exchange and, if it feels like the right fit, onboarding.

A massage exchange is a mutual 30-minute treatment that helps us understand each other’s approach. It allows me to confidently refer clients to you, while giving you an opportunity to experience some of the techniques and treatment standards that clients value at RenewU.

Each shift is six hours. Morning shifts run from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with an extra 30-minutes after for charting and preparing the room. Evening shifts run from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
With 50-minute appointments, practitioners may see up to six clients per shift.
